10 Small Changes That Would Improve WWE

2. Vary The Finishes

Seemingly every match ends in a distraction or a pin after a finisher. On the rare occasion when a wrestler works a body part and injures it, they go away from it in order to hit their finish, or the injured wrestler makes a comeback and stops selling the injury.

While it's good for fans to know what to expect because the finisher at the end earns a pop, it's never bad to have the ending of a match correspond to the story that has been told throughout. Also, enough of the finishes where someone is winning until a rival comes down to distract them, and the person in control (normally the babyface) ignores their opponent, goes after the interloper in vain, then turns around into their opponent's finisher or a schoolboy roll for the win.

This doesn't protect anyone, nor does it make the winner look strong. What's the point of trying to avoid making the babyface lose clean if they look stupid instead?
