As Kurt's time in TNA has slowly moved closer and closer towards its natural end, many have clamoured, begged and prayed that the Olympic Hero will return to WWE. In the 10 years that have passed since he left the landscape has changed immeasurably, and who wouldn't love to see Angle go up against Kevin Owens, Seth Rollins, Cesaro or Finn Balor?

Despite rumours suggesting otherwise, Kurt confirms to Russo that he hasn't had a meeting with the WWE since he left in 2006. Whilst he confirms that he has a good relationship with Triple H, this doesn't mean the two have had conversations about Angle returning to the company.

He does state that his manager had a phonecall or two with them a year or so back, but whatever meeting was planned was shelved. Angle puts this down to the four DUI's in five years, and he's probably accurate.

Still, one can dream.

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man.
