2. What Cody Rhodes Occasionally Texts Her
He's one of WWE's top merchandise sellers, so it's no shock that Cody Rhodes keeps up with who's shifting what at shows. Stephanie showed Rhea a portion of her chat on Cody's tour bus that included him talking about the importance of spotting trends with merch in various cities. That's why Rhodes likes to get a rundown on exactly who's been selling the most in certain venues.

Amazingly, Rhea has even beaten Cody's number per units sold a few times. That's when Ripley told McMahon that Rhodes has messaged her occasionally to say, "You got me this week". Both women got a giggle out of that, then Stephanie pointed towards this as proof that Rhea is one of WWE's biggest names.
She's right to say that merch sales are a key metric showing how over somebody is, so 'Mami' should be proud. Of course, it certainly doesn't hurt that Rhea's t-shirt designs rank amongst the best on sale at WWE live events. Her designs are always lively and mimic some of the band shirts she would've worn growing up herself. That's important, because it shows that she's done some market research into what people like.
That's settled then. Cody will never turn heel again. If he does, then he'll surely watch his merch sales plummet and Rhea bloody Ripley will be on top of the charts forever. The current WWE Champion can't have that! In all seriousness, this segment on the show was carefully constructed to put both Rhodes and Ripley over as heroes worth repping.
