10 Things WWE Super ShowDown 2020 Told Us About WrestleMania 36

1. Mega-Babyface Roman Reigns Is Back

It's Groundhog Day for those fans.

Roman Reigns was a smiling kind of face at Super ShowDown. He was happy to be there, high-fived his way around fans in the front row, posed for selfies when asked and generally did his best John Cena 2012 impression all night long. That has to be concerning for those who enjoyed his harder edges lately.

Reigns has avoided acting like a goofy hero the masses for a while now, and it's been refreshing. It looks like that journey is over; McMahon has been biding his time on taking Roman back to where he thinks he should've been all along, and it seems as though the happy-go-lucky, inspirational, superhero-like comeback king has returned.

If WWE believe they can book Reigns as someone who takes Goldberg lightly when Bill will snort and grunt his way through promos like an alpha male, they're sadly mistaken. They both need to be aggressive bulls for this to have any chance whatsoever.
