Lesnar vs. Dos Santos came extremely close to happening, as the pair coached opposite one another during The Ultimate Fighter 13. However, diverticulitis felled Lesnar, and the fight never wound up taking place. Which was a huge loss to MMA fans, because at the time, Lesnar and Dos Santos were considered the two best heavyweights in the world. Since then, Dos Santos has had mixed results.
