2. How To Sell A Match

In one swoop, IMPACT Wrestling certified Moose and W. Morrissey as a pair of b*stards, doing so in an excellent piece of professional wrestling storytelling.

Going down in their already superlative tag team encounter vs. Eddie Edwards and Sami Callihan, W. Morrissey grabbed Eddie's wife Alisha at ringside, hoisting her up in a Powerslam position as Eddie was in control. Although this, at first, seemed to be nothing more than a ploy to distract the former two-time World Champion for a period of time, Morrissey would indeed Powerbomb Alisha, slamming her down with such force.

This was treated as if Alisha wasn't a wrestler herself, with referees checking on her, so a supplemental Down for that as it didn't quite make sense, but the spot worked. Moose and Morrissey had gotten into the head of Eddie Edwards while also potentially putting he and Sami Callihan back to butting heads; Eddie left with his wife, resulting in Sami eating a big boot and Spear to end the match.

The remainder of the match went down well. Sami and Eddie worked decently together, going so far as to display some tag team manoeuvres that including reDRagon's old Chasing The Dragon finish. All involved in the match crushed their roles, with the future of this story being a genuine reason to tune back in. A good bit of business.
