10 Ways TNA Impact Wrestling Can Improve In 2015

10. Hire Jim Ross

This is going to strike up multiple emotions in readers, some positive and some negative. Say whatever you want about how JR's skills slipped in the last few years of him doing announcing. Say whatever you want about how JR seems like an angry, bitter man on social media these days. No matter what negative things you have to say, there's no denying that he is still the most recognized play-by-play man in all of wrestling. When it was announced that JR would be doing the play-by-play for Global Force Wrestling's English coverage of New Japan Pro Wrestling's Wrestle Kingdom 9, it immediately created a buzz. Fans were excited to see the much talked-about New Japan product with English commentary, for once, but also excited to see how the notoriously excitable JR handles the action-packed Puro product. That's the kind of buzz TNA would create by signing him. If you didn't watch Impact, you wouldn't know that Mike Tenay and Taz had been handling commentary duties, and the word that Josh Matthews would be replacing Tenay on Destination America didn't exactly move the meter very much. JR coming in, either to replace Taz (who needs to go) or to make it a three-man booth (even though that isn't always the most popular option), would do just that, and would be a nice start.
