10 Ways WWE Can Keep Sting Relevant Between Appearances

9. A WWE Network Special

WWE is currently trying to educate fans about Sting (a man who had never stepped foot in a WWE ring before Survivor Series). They're also trying to increase subscription numbers on for the WWE Network after initial numbers disappointed. Hey, why not try to kill two birds with one stone? Fans want more behind-the-scenes, original content on the Network. The reaction to Steve Austin and Vince McMahon's sensational podcast and the documentary tribute to the late Ultimate Warrior attest to that. WWE could keep Sting relevant by producing and heavily promoting a Network exclusive documentary on him. WWE released a DVD compilation of matches earlier this year, which was a good start, but there is still so much more to know about Sting and a candid, sit-down interview would be of great interest to a significant portion of the fan base. Despite being around for years, Sting is 'new' to WWE fans. They want to get to know him better so they can invest in him on the road to WrestleMania. WWE has been knocking it out of the park with their documentaries and specials for years and Sting would be a more than worthy subject.
