6. John Cena's 'TMI' Moment On The Howard Stern Show

No, he didn't admit that Taiwan is a country; he said the opposite and caught himself in a geopolitical snafu he was completely unqualified to wade in on.

This entry instead focuses on that strange period in which John Cena was the top guy in WWE before he assumed the dual role of family-friendly brand ambassador. In 2006, as WWE Champion deep in the 'Ruthless Aggression' era, he was encouraged to publicise himself as a "lad" as WWE continued to chase the vanishing 18-49 male demo. As part of this "top boy" PR crusade, he made an appearance on the Howard Stern show and told the world of his rat-up-a-drainpipe sexcapades.

Ironically, given the fact that WWE launched its PG initiative to move away from this sort of thing, Cena conducted himself rather well. Stern was operating in his typical unpleasant mode, trying to get Cena to admit to his shame in sleeping with a "larger" lady, but Cena was having none of it. To him, it was a "great night" - "lights on, great experience". Stern tried to frame such an act as disgusting, but Cena was nonplussed. So nothing shameful here - it's just wild that footage exists of the child-friendly superman copping to being a mad shagger.

The only thing Cena should be ashamed of is his STF.
