10 World Champions Who Bombed TWICE

3. Jeff Jarrett

A GOAT-tier worker when it comes to keeping a hand in wrestling no matter how many times one was pushed hard into his face, Jeff Jarrett's steadfast commitment to staying in pro wrestling has yielded more comeback stories than Ric Flair's title history.

That's sadly where the comparison with 'Slick Ric' and the World Heavyweight Championship screech to a halt.

Jarrett was crowned WCW World Heavyweight Champion four times in a chaotic final year in business for the company, and though those runs only came to 59 days, none of them arrested a devastating slide for the group. Decades on from the bruising collapse of a million dollar empire, the likes of World Champion Jeff Jarrett joins such luminaries as Vince Russo, David Arquette and Booker T holding a photo of Scott Hall as the faces of the fall. Not the lives they chose particularly, but the ones that rather devastatingly chose them.
