10 Worst WWE Feuds Of 2020

1. Braun Strowman Vs Bray Wyatt

Braun Strowman and Bray Wyatt had unforgivably crap matches at Money In The Bank, The Horror Show At Extreme Rules and SummerSlam, and were the weakest elements of a Clash Of Champions Triple Threat also featuring Roman Reigns.

This resumé should be - and is - enough, to comfortably rank this as the worst bit of business all year. But that's without digging into the details.

Strowman's Universal Title reign was doomed early as he tried to play intellectual equal to Wyatt for their first match. He shouldn't have lowered his own bar so much - Wyatt exposed how far away from that "genius" tag he still is with a bad straight singles and abhorrently shambolic Swamp Fight. Perhaps the worst of several truly rotten cinematic experiments at the time, Wyatt's turn as his old character went about as well as that persona's proper run. Nonsense non-sequiturs and a grabby reimagining of Sister Abigail bought the justification for yet another clash, but The Fiend's headlocks ain't half as scary as his head games.

Strowman's Championship run was a proper, proper drag, but maybe that's because he was never not feuding with the one performer statistically as likely to be involved in something utterly abysmal as awesome. 'The Champ' got the latter at WrestleMania, leaving the actual champion lashings of the fatalistic former.
