10 Worst WWE Wrestlers Of 2016

1. Titus O'Neil

Titus O’Neil has never really shone in WWE, particularly as a singles act, but things seemed to be looking up for him at the turn of the year. Titus was being used with increasing regularity and it seemed like he was set for a solid mini-push through the midcard, but disaster struck in February. O’Neil innocuously grabbed Vince McMahon’s arm during Daniel Bryan’s retirement ceremony, and that was that: Titus was suspended for 60 days, and his push died there and then.

Things got even worse when he came back. Titus was immediately fed to Rusev, who beat the 2015 Celebrity Dad of the Year down and berated him in front of his family, before slotting into a horrible feud with Darren Young, his former tag team partner. The feud ended after Titus stumbled his way through one of the most brutal promos in WWE history in late August (a segment so bad it almost warrants Titus’ inclusion on its own), and from there, O’Neil debuted his new “Titus Brand” gimmick, and inherited a sizeable losing streak.

Now 39 years old, this is probably as good as it gets for Titus. He’s a valuable figure behind the scene and someone WWE always rely on for PR and marketing events, but that’s about the extent of his worth. O’Neil’s a cumbersome power wrestler with little charisma, and the McMahon incident has all but buried him.
