10 Wrestlers Who Don't Fit WWE's New Era

7. Big Show

Ryback Big Show Kane

You could probably copy and paste what was written for Kane and insert it here for Big Show. Well, not the stuff about being an evil dentist or a fake Big Daddy Cool, but you get the idea. Show has been with WWE since 1999, and was with WCW for four years prior to that, making it 21 years in the big leagues for the Big Show.

Much like Kane. Big Show is a guaranteed Hall of Fame inductee and one who deserves a respectful send-off before disappearing into the ether. Hopefully that send-off will see him turn face then heel then face again within the same match, as befitting his career.

Unfortunately, there is no place in the New Era for Big Show as an active competitor. Paul Wight Jr. certainly retains a lot of value for the company, but Big Show double-chokeslamming young stars has no place in 2016. It's time to move on.

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
