6. Randy Savage Looks Out For Family

Hope you're in the mood for more of WCW's b*llocks.

The promotion pulled off a huge coup in 1994 by luring a frustrated Randy Savage away from the clutches of Vince McMahon's WWF. 'Macho Man' had been unhappy playing commentator, and WCW offered him the chance to do what he wanted: wrestle in featured matches and make shedloads of cash doing it.

One catch hidden in Savage's WCW deal was that the company had to hire his brother Lanny Poffo imminently too. This was Randy's way of looking out for his sibling, and proved that he had unflinching loyalty towards his family even when his own head was being turned by Ted Turner's juicy dollar counts.

WCW ended up bringing Lanny in right at the start of 1995. They then proceeded to do absolutely nothing with him, and the former Genius earned a sizeable sum to sit on the sidelines writing poetry. Probably. It pays to have friends in high places. Or, in this case, brothers.
