10 Wrestlers Who Really Never Saw It Coming

6. Raven

You can't really blame Raven here, but the real-life Scott Levy was undoubtedly blindsided by this fan attack on an episode of WCW Thunder.

Taking place on the 9 April 1998 outing for Thunder, the former ECW World Champion was sat in his customary position in the corner of the ring, propped up against the the bottom two turnbuckles and cutting a promo on Diamond Dallas Page. Then, some f**king lunatic hopped the barrier and yanked Raven through the ropes by his hair.

Catching security and Raven completely off guard, this nutcase got a hefty handful of his target's hair and successfully dragged the one-time WCW United States Champion out to the ringside area. So unaware of the unfolding situation was he, Raven figured how a fellow wrestler had maybe improvised an attack on him.

Instead, the attacker here was some fan who had massively overstepped the line. Rather than getting to unload any shots of revenge on this idiot, security and officials eventually grabbed the guy as Raven returned to the ring to calmly finish his promo about DDP.
