10 Wrestlers Who Should Challenge Jon Moxley For The Interim AEW World Title
3. MJF
What’s happening with MJF? Is it a work, a shoot? A shoot that became a work or the reverse? Whatever it is, nobody knows and Tony Khan isn’t talking. If and when he does come back though, he would make for an absolutely perfect title contender.
Last time we saw him, tearing into Tony, fans and his locker room colleagues on Dynamite, “The Salt Of The Earth” was feeling bitter and entitled, not bad qualities for a heel demanding a title shot. Plus MJF has only grown in stature and ability since the last time he and Moxley met for a title.
Plus MJF wasn’t wrong when he described himself as a top draw and absence only makes the heart grow fonder. If Tony is planning on bringing him back, why not put him in a title programme? Then, if he wins, he gets to go title Vs. Interim title with CM Punk, resuming the best feud of the year so far.
