8. WWE's Stupid Tough Enough Pasta & Milk Scheme

Daniel Puder embarrassing Kurt Angle on a 2004 edition of SmackDown has become legendary since it happened. Already blown up from stretching out one Tough Enough rookie, Angle challenged anyone else to come get some. Puder obliged, and he almost snapped Kurt's arm by synching in a painful Kimura hold.

Bruce Prichard had the inside scoop on his Something To Wrestle With show, and it proved just how f*cking stupid the whole concept was.

Before the Angle segment aired, WWE officials loaded the Tough Enough grubs up on boatloads of pasta and made them drink at least a gallon of milk. Adding to the punishment, they had the rooks run hard on staircases around the arena. After all that, they'd be put through their paces on TV by an Olympic gold medalist.

There was one problem: Bruce noticed Puder hadn't been eating or drinking much, and he didn't sprint on the stairs either. By the time SmackDown's cameras started rolling, he was relatively fresh compared to his colleagues, and he wanted to make a name for himself.
