The entire wrestling world mourned the loss of a brilliant mind when 'Rowdy' Roddy Piper passed away in July, 2015. There may never be another performer like Piper again; truly ahead of his time and a popular character whether babyface or heel, the Canadian was one of a kind.

Ariel and Colt Toombs recently spoke with All Wrestling about their father's life. Clearly proud of their dad, Piper's children also shared details of some private family conversations between the wrestler, his wife and his kids. Although his career was stretching into the late-1990's, Roddy assured his family that he was still able to wrestle during that period.

That wasn't quite enough for them. Even when his loved ones tried to discourage the man from actively working matches on WCW programming and pay-per-view, Piper replied in typical fashion with, "If you can walk, you can wrestle".

Ariel and Colt stated that this rebellious attitude was typical of their dad, and it's something they miss about him every single day. Right up until the end of his working career, the fiery Piper was clearly a rebel.
