10 Wrestling Matches Too Horrible For WWE To Air

6. Money Inc Vs. Legion Of Doom

Money Inc
WWE

When: 7 February 1992 (house show).

What Happened: Most meaningful house show title changes are taped so WWE can show footage after the fact. This is done to chronicle important championship switches and feed the idea that "anything can happen" at live events. So, where the f*ck did video of the 7 February 1992 gig go?

That night, Money Inc defeated the Legion Of Doom to become the new WWF Tag-Team Champions. Rather than showing what happened, the promotion assured fans that the match had been special. Erm...OK? Why not air the final few minutes of it then? It's not like belts changed hands willy nilly back then.

Some fans even questioned whether or not this was a phantom title change during the pre-internet days. Then, sites like Cagematch started to pop up and archive even the most obscure WWE cards. Ted DiBiase and IRS vs. Hawk and Animal must've been really bad for them to avoid showing anything from it.

Odd.
