Whilst we're here, I don't think Santino Marella's record for the shortest time in the Royal Rumble Match will ever be broken, either. I mean, how could it possibly be? In 2009 Santino Marella lasted one whole second, running into the ring only to be immediately dumped over the top by Kane. Santino said he wasn't ready, but it was too late.

Much like other 'shortest' records, there's no way this can be beaten is there? Outside of 'hilarious' zero second eliminations of people who never make it into the match, there is no way an individual can get in and out of the ring in less than one second.

Although saying that, they said there was no way Daniel Bryan would be WWE Champion. Still, one second will always be the shortest time spent in the Royal Rumble Match, because it is the shortest time possible.

Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man.
