10 WWE Stars Who Have Suffered The Most Since WrestleMania 32

7. Emma

As part of the WrestleMania 32 Kickoff show, WWE kissed the concept of 'Divas' goodbye with a Team Total Divas vs. Team B.A.D & Blonde 10-woman tag-team match that surprisingly went over the ten minute mark.

Emma was part of the latter group, and she was still playing the sleek heel character she had carried over from NXT. After coming out on the losing end at 'Mania, the Australian went down with a back injury that May, and steps were made to repackage her in time for a re-debut towards the end of 2016.

Anyone who watched those endless vignettes hyping the 'Makeover Of Emma To Emmalina' will know exactly how unsuccessful they were; WWE repeatedly stalled on Emmalina's debut, and even when she finally did emerge on the February 13, 2017 edition of Raw, Emma renounced the makeover and revealed that she'd be going back to her old character.

The period between 'Mania 32 and 33 has been a frustrating one for Emma, not least because the announcement she made on Raw has only sent her back to square one.
