10 WWE SummerSlam Records You Didn’t Know About

4. Worst Record

And speaking of under-performing, that phrase seems rather apt for the next record on our list—that of the worst win-loss records in SummerSlam history.

While industry greats like Bret Hart, the Undertaker, and John Cena have each been handed their fair share of defeats at the PPV, they’ve each picked up a number of victories along the way. Meanwhile, plenty of other superstars haven’t been quite so lucky.

A number of wrestlers have made multiple appearances at SummerSlam and failed to win a single match, including Tito Santana, Rikishi, and the Great Khali. But none of their records quite compare to those of Booker T and Jeff Hardy, who have each amassed five defeats at the August PPV without racking up a single victory.

You could argue that Booker’s record is ever so slightly worse, as more of his defeats came in singles action, while two of Hardy’s bouts were tag team affairs. Whichever way you slice it, 0-5 doesn’t make for pretty reading for either of the former world champions.

In terms of the females, Brie Bella has a similarly appalling record of 0-4 at the show, but that’s still not quite enough to claim the not-at-all-coveted wooden spoon of SummerSlam.
