10 WWE Superstars Whose Music Was Cooler Than They Are

6. Sandman

This one's a bit of a cheat as the Sandman's WWE theme was a generic metal guitar grind. No, the cool Sandman music was in ECW, where the full blast of Metallica's 'Enter Sandman' accompanied him through the crowd to the ring as a horde of the ECW faithful sang along.

Sandman himself was no revelation in the ring. Human Bender's moveset was mostly drinking-based with the occasional thwack from a kendo stick. But the ECW crowd loved him, in no small measure because of the blood-pumping awesomeness of the song that accompanied him. If there was ever a case of a wrestler being elevated by his music, it can be found in mid-90s Philadelphia, as The Sandman entered to the strains of a song the WWE would later balk at having to pay royalties for.
