9. United States Title: Andrade Almas (C) Vs. Randy Orton Vs. AJ Styles Vs. Shinsuke Nakamura
The United States Title division has effectively become a dumping ground for any upper-midcard/main event stars with nothing else to do. There's a sense of aimlessness to it, as WWE tend to resort to hodgepodge booking methods with a revolving door or characters rather than focusing on singular, purposeful storylines, but having such names as Randy Orton, Shinsuke Nakamura, and Jeff Hardy associated with the secondary belt enhances its prestige.
If the writers don't alter this approach between now and WrestleMania (which seems unlikely), you could conceivably throw a dozen different names into the mix without it mattering. Thus, much like the division itself, this bout is a pick 'n' mix.
Almas is a hopeful inclusion. He has done little of note since being called up, but him and Zelina Vega are a money act, and management are reportedly high on them. While it'd be great to see 'Cien' shot towards the WWE Championship picture, a stint with the red, white, and blue looks likelier. A long, successful run as champion culminating in a big WrestleMania defence would suit him nicely.
