8. Bianca Belair

We had the charismatic, powerful Bianca Belair slotted in at number ten when we compiled this same list last year.

While she hasn’t truly broken out yet, 2018 did bring huge upturns in terms of TV time and push, with the former Mae Young Classic competitor going undefeated against a wider variety of competition, establishing herself as the NXT women’s division’s next one up.

Now, with Belair set to face Shayna Baszler for the Women’s Title at TakeOver: Phoenix, this prediction is about to be realised. Having taken her game to another level in 2018, Belair could well be coronated queen of one of WWE’s most exciting title division, and while she doesn’t necessarily need to win in Phoenix, it isn’t out of the question at all.

Belair has incredible upside. She has countless traits that can’t be taught, including impeccable ring presence, and her exciting power game is totally unlike anyone else in NXT. On top of this, she has the hair whip, and unique gimmicks like that cannot be underestimated when it comes to getting new wrestlers over. We can’t wait to watch her progress throughout 2019. Let’s just hope she isn’t called up prematurely; she isn’t a finished product yet.
