10 WWE Wrestlers We Initially Misjudged

Not only was Ted DiBiase Jr. - at one point - considered a shoe-in for the WWE Championship, he was also regarded as having more potential than his fellow multi-generational wrestler Cody Rhodes, with whom he formed Legacy under the tutelage of Randy Orton.

In the end, those premature Orton comparisons weighed too heavily, and the fans who got ahead of themselves by anointing him the Legend Killer's successor learnt that it takes more than a famous name and good looks to make it to the top of the wrestling mountain.

In fact, DiBiase called time on his once-promising career four years ago, having got only as far as the Tag Team Titles during his six years with WWE (plus the Million Dollar Championship, which doesn't really count).
