11 Ups & 4 Downs From Impact Wrestling No Surrender 2021

9. All Heart

Okay, so, the Triple Threat Revolver Match was an absolute hoot, but too much went on to cover everything within one entry. Hence, expect two or three sections entirely devoted to the inaugural match type, the first of which focuses on the mesmerising performance of Blake Christian.

Despite only competing in two of the six official Triple Threat Matches, 'The Gamechanger' had some of the match-stealing moments. Of course, it's no real surprise if you've been following Blake's indie career, however, that he was able to achieve such a thing in a short timeframe is incredible. Between the flawless Tope con Hilo and the no-handed kip-up whilst holding the ankles of both Trey Miguel and Chris Bey, Christian put in a performance worthy of going further in the match. His selling of the VerteBeyKer was superb.

He was always going to be something special. With the rumours of him signing with WWE being confirmed by Dave Meltzer, you can only hope he'll be able to further grow as one of this generation's all-time greats, although your writer would be lying if he said he'll miss writing about the former GCW man in Impact.
