11 Ups & 4 Downs From Last Night's WWE SmackDown (Nov 13)

8. Power Trios Collide

Big E Sheamus Big Show

Fans have been speculating on a potential Big Show and The Bar trios match with The New Day from the moment 'The World's Largest Athlete' aligned with Sheamus and Cesaro at SmackDown 1000. We finally got it last night, and while its brief runtime prevented it from being anything greater than 'pretty good,' there was enough meat on the match's bones to leave the audience satisfied.

Show isn't terrible for his age. He doesn't move around all that well, but understands his limitations and works around them well, and although he largely left the action to The Bar, his presence was complimentary. He's a highly effective sidekick for the SmackDown Tag Team Champions, regardless of how long this union lasts.

With the big fella on the outside, we were largely treated to a typically decent Bar vs. New Day collision, culminating with one of the few occasions when Show did make his presence felt. He punched Kofi Kingston out of the sky to score the victory, and now his allies move to Survivor Series with a jolt of momentum at their backs.

The Bar vs. AOP is going to rule. Get ready for four big lads big ladding the absolute piss out of each other.
