11 Wrestlers Who Would Rather Do Nothing Than Work For WWE

1. Sasha Banks

Neither seen nor heard from on WWE television outside of an alleged presence on the other end of a backstage phone call with Bayley, 'The Boss' seems to have taken back some control of her life by removing herself from the company's internal and external theatre of conflict. And not a moment too soon.

Though fans may have mourned Sasha Banks' gross misuse for months and years since last holding the Women's Championship for eight days in 2017, her exit forced many others to take a deeper dive into a turgid main roster run for one of the brightest in-house prospects ever to emerge from NXT.

Never truly tested as a main roster heel, her babyface momentum was routinely halted by a bizarre hot potato feud with Charlotte Flair in 2016 and an on again/off again feud with her Boss N Hug Connection partner that could have killed lesser careers.

A genuine star if she went searching for work outside of WWE, Banks' current status remains unknown until she categorically confirms a mending of the fences with the company or a "legit" exit from the group, but her protestations have - if only briefly - actively allowed her to enjoy her life rather than sticking around to suffer for her art.
