11 WWE Superstars Who Were Given Huge Contracts

6. Sheamus

I€™ll be honest, whilst Great Khali€™s contract will raise the eyebrows of many, it€™s the contract of Sheamus that is arguably even more shocking. At least Khali had huge name appeal in an area of the globe that WWE was looking to expand in. The recently returned Irishman has a deal in place that sees him guaranteed $1.3 million per year plus he has first class travel and accommodation taken care of as well. Whilst these details are known, varying reports claim that his deal is either a 5-year one or a 7-year one. Out of the full-time performers in the WWE, Sheamus takes home the third highest guaranteed money, behind only John Cena and Randy Orton. For those who have been bored senseless by Sheamus€™ constant pushes of recent years, it€™s his impressive contract that is partly to blame for this. Given his hefty salary, he€™ll be around the main event scene for many a year to come. Sheamus€™ recent heel turn has at least given the character a fresh, much needed change, and he€™ll be making his money as one of the biggest bad guys on the roster for the foreseeable future.
