12 Ups & 3 Downs From Last Night's WWE SmackDown (Feb 5)

1. The Perfect Execution

Charlotte Flair is definitely being added to Becky Lynch vs. Ronda Rousey, and removing 'The Man' from television for a few weeks is the best way to do it.

Lynch's latest actions necessitate a leave of absence. There's little else for her to do after slapping Triple H, and she can't realistically keep sneaking her way into buildings every week. WWE must now let this "suspension" play out, let Charlotte and Rousey carry the story for a month or so, then bring Becky back to an electric reception, heating everything up at just the right time.

Some would still prefer a singles bout. That's fine, but even if you don't want the three-way, it's hard to argue with WWE's execution thus far. They kept it going down the right path last night, and Becky's latest actions should ensure nobody gets burned out throughout this long two-month build.
