The Bella Twins have never been renowned for their acting ability, and this already-fairly-safe assumption was further confirmed in 2014.

Brie quit the company in response to the treatment of her husband Daniel Bryan by The Authority and Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley in particular, which only served to put her sister Nikki in a tough spot.

Nikki would find herself in a variety of handicap matches over the next few weeks, paying penance for her the flight of her sister. Brie would be rehired after being slapped by Stephanie, and the beef was to be settled in a match between Brie and Steph at SummerSlam. This titanous classic ended with Nikki turning on her sister to give the boss the win.

What followed was weeks of Nikki berating herself, the apex of which was the infamously poorly cadenced 'I wish you died in the womb!' Harsh words, and things would get worse for Brie when she lost to her sister, leaving her contractually obliged to be Nikki's personal assistant for a month.

How did the story end? Well, Brie took the 'if you can't beat em, join em' route and simply sided with her sister once more. All that womb death stuff was quickly forgotten.

The powers of Brie Mode should never be underestimated.

Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man.
