14 Things CM Punk Has Revealed About His WWE Exit

12. The Power In The Locker Room

"I know me and Cena will tell Vince F*** you, maybe Orton, but nobody else does," Punk says about locker room power. Cena is by far the most powerful wrestler in the industry, and Punk states "this company never has plans for anybody, all they have plans for is John Cena." That's why Cena can stand up to Vince. Punk was able to do it for a while due to the 2011 peak, but by 2013 Vince was just ignoring him. As for Orton, he's been with WWE forever and has been a Hunter project from the get-go. As such he can stand up to things, but probably doesn't care as much as Punk did. That's part of the problem in current WWE. Nobody is standing up for themselves when management are making bad decisions. When everything is filled with yes-men, the product starts suffering.
