15 Longest Times Spent In A Royal Rumble Match

13. Rey Mysterio - 49:24 (Royal Rumble 2009)

Rey Mysterio is always one to watch in the Rumble as he usually comes up with some interesting spots or sequences to break up the monotony of the punching and kicking that a lot of superstars rely on. The masked man has had good showings in the past but 2009 was definitely one of his best. He flew around the ring in the early going with the likes of talented midcarders John Morrison and Carlito. One of the highlights of the match was Rey spring-boarding into an RKO. 2009 was a great year for Rey as he had a celebrated Intercontinental Title run and feud with Chris Jericho. Sadly, he couldn't add another Rumble victory to his list of achievements for the year, as he and Mike Knox eliminated each other off-screen. Kevin Dunn must have been furious over that production gaffe. Still, victory or not, Mysterio put in a very entertaining Rumble shift.
