25 Lamest WrestleMania Moments Of All Time
7. WrestleMania 13 - Pretty Much All Of It
There have been a few WrestleManias over the years that have been "one-match shows" - cards with just a single bout worth watching. WrestleMania VII and WrestleMania 25 both fall into the category, but no show has been as completely useless save for one classic match as WrestleMania 13.
The card opened with a four-way elimination tag team match pitting The Headbangers, The New Blackjacks, The Godwinns, and The Can-Am Express against one another. Later bouts included Rocky Maivia versus The Sultan, Hunter Hearst Helmsley opposite Goldust, and the main event, The Undertaker against Sycho Sid. Needless to say, none of these matches was worthy of its place on the show of shows, even considering that WrestleMania hadn't yet become the phenomenon it is today.
And still, it's impossible to call WrestleMania 13 a bad show, simply because of the submission match between Bret Hart and Steve Austin. The match, one of the best in WWE's history, made Steve Austin the biggest babyface in the company and turned Bret Hart into a hated heel. Too bad the other 2 1/2 hours of WrestleMania 13 happened.
