3 AEW Dynamite Episodes Rescheduled For September & October
New dates set for AEW Dynamite in Philly, Boston, and Rochester.
All Elite Wrestling has postponed three upcoming episodes of Dynamite scheduled for April and June until September and October.
An episode set to take place in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on 7 April will now go down on 6 October instead. In addition, the Boston, Massachusetts show booked for 21 April has been switched to 8 September, while the 16 June Rochester show has been postponed until 29 September.
These postponements were inevitable. Barring a brief stop-off in Norcross, Georgia (which Cody Rhodes credits with saving the company) AEW has operated solely out of its Daily's Place base in Jacksonville, Florida since the onset of the global health crisis. This is unlikely to change anytime soon, as the promotion hasn't yet revealed how it intends to transition back to fully-attended events.
Whether or not the Philadelphia, Boston, and Rochester events will be able to go ahead on the new dates depends on the COVID-19 pandemic. Each of these three shows has been rescheduled several times already.
