2. Spare A Thought For Fatal Influence

Listen, it’s one thing that the group lost their Women’s Tag Titles to Alexa Bliss and Tatum Paxley last week, but the follow up here for Fatal Influence was horrible. Firstly, Jacy Jayne, Fallon Henley and Lainey Reid couldn’t even take advantage of the numbers edge.

Then, later, they were kinda pushed to one side so Michin and B-FAB can challenge for the belts instead. Gee, way to make a hot group look like losers, WWE. That's a bit unnecessary when Influence shows up in a big way anytime they're backed by creative.

Also, why would Nick Aldis reward Jade Cargill and her Baddies for taking out Charlotte? That doesn't make a lick of sense. Cargill, Michin and FAB jeopardised a title bout Aldis had put together, and yet 2 of them will challenge Bliss and Paxley for the gold off the back of that?

Huh?!

It's never a great look if factions lose a brawl when they have the 3-on-2 advantage. If anything, it would've been cool had Bliss and Paxley suffered from Flair's absence. That'd actually give their storyline more fuel too, because Charlotte's importance to the cause would've been underlined.

Instead, the heels looked like goofs then stood around like mopey teenagers as another faction stole the spot they wanted. That's far from ideal. Who really wants to see Michin and B-FAB vs. Alexa and Tatum anyway?

Some consistency for any of the acts involved here would be a luxury. Sort it out, WWE, and quit taking strides with Fatal Influence only to backpedal.
