2. McIntyre Is A Smiling Idiot

Just in case you didn’t already think WWE had neutered Drew McIntyre by turning him into a John Cena/Roman Reigns hybrid, the man who lost the WWE Championship Sunday night was mostly smiles and joking around Monday night.

Sure, he wanted to fight and won his match with the Miz, but if this were to be believable, he should have been all business, not playing to the crowd, and certainly not celebrating with Matthew McConaughey, who was watching in the ThunderDome.

It also bears mentioning that McIntyre was stupid to not try to get WWE officials to force Miz to put his newly won Money in the Bank briefcase on the line. When McIntyre said in the opening segment that he had an idea for management, that’s exactly where this writer’s head went, so for it not to happen felt like a huge lapse.

Oh, and the MITB briefcase-holder lost like a geek. Again. Because WWE. Who books this crap?
