4 Ups & 5 Downs From WWE SmackDown (June 17)

4. Adam Pearce = Sh*t Stirrer

Last week, Drew McIntyre and Sheamus put on a hard-hitting banger that ended via double DQ. Twitter moaned, but it seemed likely WWE would run it back on this week's show. They didn't do that - instead, the E had Adam Pearce stir some sh*t for literally no reason whatsoever.

The default authority figure said WWE management had come to a decision on who would qualify for the upcoming Money In The Bank ladder match. Then, he implied that they'd chosen Sheamus over Drew before revealing that both guys were actually in.

What?

Why did Pearce need to stir the pot and start a fight then? The whole segment was a waste of everyone's time, being honest. Another match between these guys would've been preferable, because they always bring it. It also took too long to get to the 'you're both in' moment.
