6 Reasons Why Canadians Should Be Excited About WWE Network

2. The Cost Of Pay Per Views Has Gone Down Considerably

If you lived in Canada and you wanted to watch a WWE PPV within the last few years then you were paying anywhere from $45 to $60 depending on if you had a High Definition TV or not. WrestleMania is even more expensive. Starting with SummerSlam on August 17, WWE PPVs will be at a much more affordable price. While we don't know what the price of WWE Network in Canada will be right now, the expected number is $11.99. In the US it's $9.99, but a $2 difference isn't that significant. Plus, we're used to things being a bit more expensive anyway. That's why those of us that live in border cities like to go to the US to buy goods. The live streaming access for the WWE Network is where fans can access these live WWE PPVs and it will be an amazing bargain that is $40 less than what we were paying for PPVs before. That's the biggest drawing point of WWE Network. As previously mentioned, the library of archived footage isn't expected to be as deep as the online American version, but having a significant price cut for PPVs is going to be very attractive for consumers.
