6 Reasons Dean Ambrose Could Become The New CM Punk
4. He Is Arguably The Best Talker In The Company
There used to be a time in pro wrestling where there were two classes of people: one that could deliver great promos and ones that could not. And more often than not, those that could not were given managers that were capable of delivering the message of their clients. In today's business, the art of cutting a scintillating promo seems to have fallen by the wayside. Very few superstars are capable of really leaving an audience with a lasting impression based solely on their words. Punk was one of the great mic-men of the last decade or so. And in his absence, few have been able to pick up the slack and make fans remember them from their words alone. Yes, Bray Wyatt is an up and coming superstar that is very impressive when it comes to his talent for speaking. And Paul Heyman is still around, always advocating for one superstar or another. But Ambrose, for all of his wild-eyed antics, has always been able to grab the attention of the WWE Universe and hold it until he decides that he is finished with it. One need only look at his recent tirade about the company's merchandise tables, and his ensuing "clearance sale," to understand this fact. Not only were his words humorous, outlandish and entertaining, but he kept the entire segment interactive by running around and interacting with fans throughout the entire thing. And a fan that feels like a superstar is "just one of the guys" is likely to root for that individual a lot more intensely than they would for others.
