DOWNS…

4. Just A Match

WWE Raw Roxanne Perez Charlotte Flair
WWE

Roxanne Perez versus Charlotte Flair should be a marquee match, a potential title feud between an upcoming star and one of the most established, proven wrestlers on WWE’s roster.

But their match Monday night was basic and a bit lethargic, with Roxanne methodically working the arm after Flair chopped the ring post. It wasn’t so much that this was a bad match, but it was incredibly forgettable. There was one brutal moment, however: Liv Morgan caused a distraction, and in the ensuing melee, Alexa Bliss ran in to reverse a Perez cradle, but it wasn’t a real cradle. Instead, she just rolled the two women over slightly, and Charlotte had to climb on top of Roxanne to cover her.

Flair would pick up the win, though her arm injury should feed into her match on SmackDown against Liv in the Queen of the Ring semi-final.
