Watch enough WWE programming, and you’ll hear them talk about WrestleMania moments as if it’s a Super Bowl and World Cup victory rolled into one. They will suggest that any kind of unique move, victory, return, or highlight is a 'Mania moment that will be immortalized in the annals of WWE history.

Saturday, however, they legit delivered one of those moments when Paige returned to WWE as the surprise replacement for an injured Nikki Bella, teaming with Brie Bella in the Women’s Tag Team Championship four-way match. And really, there was only one acceptable outcome once she was revealed as the super-substitute.

Paige sat on the apron for the bulk of the match, unable to tag in until Brie finally broke loose and made the hot tag. The former Divas Champion ran wild, squared off with former partner and rival Charlotte Flair, and finished off Alexa Bliss with a RamPaige to capture tag gold in her return match.

As a match, the tag battle was fine, but the entire thrust of the match was setting up Paige’s comeback and victory, and they delivered.
