6 Ups And 5 Downs From Last Night's WWE Raw (Sept 25)

1. Miz Makes Everything Better

About 24 hours earlier, Miz was in Los Angeles getting cheered over supposed babyface Jason Jordan. But Monday night, he managed to draw heel heat against… Roman Reigns, of all people.

Reigns got soundly booed (with some cheers mixed in) when he came out on Miz TV, but Miz managed to be annoying enough, and Roman played off it just right, garnering some cheers when he started mocking the Miztourage. (Maybe it was because he asked them to fetch him a cold beer.)

Miz’s delusional comment about the Miztourage being able to beat the Shield really set fans off, likely because it was teasing a reunion of the popular trio. And instantly, Reigns was being cheered again as he laughed off Miz’s threat.

Roman is still fighting an uphill battle for fans support, and Miz laid some truth by noting that Reigns has lost to a lot of people this year and acts like he’s the unstoppable force of WWE. But for a brief moment, it was interesting to see Roman playing off Miz well and getting a decent reaction.
