7 Most Dominant Brock Lesnar Victories
1. John Cena - SummerSlam 2014
You probably know where this one’s going...
As one-sided as the DQ victory over Rollins was, it’s nothing on the thrashing that Lesnar handed to John Cena at SummerSlam 2014.
Heading into the show, Lesnar had a fair bit of momentum on his side having recently ended a certain Streak, but this match propelled him to unparalleled highs as he emphatically dispatched one of the most well-protected performers in all of WWE history.
Within 30 seconds, Cena had already tasted an F5 and though he managed to kick out of the resultant pin, that really set the tone for the match. A ridiculous haul of 16 suplexes were then dished out by Lesnar. Cena managed to get an Attitude Adjustment in, Lesnar simply responding by sitting up and laughing in the Big Match John's battered face.
This would have been a remarkable performance in any situation, but to have happened on such a major stage and against such an established, well-protected star, was scarcely believable at the time.
I’d be tempted to say that we’ll never see another match quite as one-sided as this one, but as long as Brock still has a WWE contract, I wouldn’t want to speak to soon.
