7 Movies WWE Writers Should Plagiarize For Bray Wyatt Next
5. Angel Heart
Its obvious that the Hawaiian shirt and fedora wearing Wyatt is a fan of Robert De Niros already, so how about turning his attention to another one of the stars performances from the late '80s? As Louis Cyphre, De Niro embodies many of the characteristics that Wyatt has embedded in his DNA. From the smooth-talking riddle-speak to the rough-and-ready grooming of a Southern gentleman, Wyatt is just a haircut and a Savile Row suit away from stepping into De Niros shoes once more. Oh, and it doesnt hurt that Louis Cyphre is the Devil. With all the fire and brimstone in the Underworld at Wyatts disposal, the Eater of Worlds can run roughshot on the WWE roster in ways that only Kane and the Undertaker have ever done before. The entire midcard would all fall to their kneels in worship and heads will most certainly roll. It is worth noting that Wyatt could just as easily model himself after Charlie Meadows, the villain in Barton Fink played by John Goodman, who is also the Devil disguised as a Southern gentleman. Saying that, there is something gloriously clunky in the name Louis Cyphre (get it?) that fits fantastically in line with WWEs as subtle-as-a-bulldozer approach to storytelling.
