It's all fine and well talking about Samoa Joe's considerable talent in the ring, but many highly-rated wrestlers lack the true career highlights to push them to the next level. Joe does not fall into such a category, having enjoyed many fantastic matches since his professional wrestling debut in 2000. The bouts most fans cite as Joe's best are the trilogy of epic encounters with CM Punk, matches which not only raised the stock of either man, but also the entire promotion in which they took place. He also took place in a match widely regarded as the best in TNA history - a triple threat with AJ Styles and Christopher Daniels - as well as an incredibly violent cage match with Kurt Angle.
