5. An Inevitable Outcome

Booking two teams who've built this story of hatred to face each other days before a pay-per-view with a title opportunity up for grabs traditionally ends one way, with both parties advancing to said championship match. IMPACT kept this fact alive, having FinJuice go to a double pinfall with Bullet Club's Chris Bey and Hikuleo, meaning they'll now both challenge the Good Brothers come Saturday.

The match itself was fine. Slow in the early stages, it picked up once Finlay made the hot tag to Juice, who was a bundle of energy instantaneously. He had extra force behind his corner cannonball in a match that certainly warranted it - it looked beautiful. They worked well against the big man, little man dynamic from Bullet Club, with Finlay at one stage reversing Bey's Art Of Finesse with a pouncing neckbreaker in an all-timer of a spot.

Once referee Daniel Spencer took a bump, something was going to happen. It did, of course, with a second official, Brandon Tolle, emerging, resulting in a double pinfall spot. A three-way World Tag Team Titles clash was later confirmed for Bound For Glory.

Granted, some may have seen this outcome coming a mile off, but it at least makes sense.
