7. Is It Time?

So, as all Impact fans already know, Ace Austin is perhaps the cockiest member of the roster. There's no denying that. He showed us that fact this week as he insisted that when (not if) he wins the X Division Championship at Bound For Glory, then Alisha Edwards should go out and celebrate the victory as his plus one. Although she eventually agreed to join Ace, it was clear as day that it was a reluctant decision on Alisha's part.

Is she finally starting to catch on to Ace's long-term plan?

For weeks, Ace has been trying and trying to pry Alisha away from husband Eddie, having now succeeded in driving a wedge between them by goading Eddie into brutally assaulting him and sending him away in an ambulance, something that Alisha didn't exactly approve of. She had a much different tone this time around though. Perhaps we're about to see the big blowoff to this story, with Alisha seeing right through Ace's vision for the future.
