Coming out of SummerSlam, it was obvious that WWE was rebooting in some respects, going in new directions for several titles and stables. Raw provided the first opportunity to explore some of the fallout from last weekend’s PLE.

The implosion of the Judgment Day was easily the biggest story on the Raw side of things, with Dominik Mysterio siding with Liv Morgan to help her retain the Women’s World Championship over Rhea Ripley, and then Finn Balor betraying Damian Priest, costing him his World Heavyweight Championship. Priest and Ripley would have their own mini-Mega Powers meet-up Monday night to push back on their former stablemates.

New World Heavyweight Champion Gunther learned who his first challenger will be, while CM Punk and Drew McIntyre continued their feud. Seth Rollins got laid out by an unlikely foe. The women’s division continues to be a mess of sorts, with a lot of activity, but very little of it any good. And the New Day finally got some backup against the Final Testament.

Lastly, the Wyatt Sick6 stepped out of the shadows and into the ring for the first time. Opinions are going to vary, but this wasn’t a bad debut. Their first match, along with much of everything on Raw, was helped tremendously by a hot crowd that popped for everything.

Let’s get to it…
